General Information About Pacuare River Rafting One Day from Turrialba
This trip will take you through one of the most renowned rivers in the world, celebrated for its scenic landscapes, rapids, waterfalls, and crystal-clear beauty. This section of the river is ideal for beginner rafters, offering a mix of low to medium difficulty rapids.
After an early morning pickup from either your hotel in Turrialba or from our operations center, we'll pass through the towns of Pavones, Jabillos, and Chitaría along the way. This journey will take approximately 45 minutes before embarking on the class III and IV rapids adventure.
Our team will be waiting at the Parque de Aventura Ganadería Tres Equis, where you will receive a safety briefing on the riverbank before embarking on the 18-mile journey down the Pacuare River, navigating through popular rapids like Huacas, Pele el Ojo, and Cimarrones.
The tour includes:

You can change clothes at the river takeout before returning to Turrialba, where you will arrive at your hotel around 6:00 pm.
